If you intend to cancel your mobile postpaid SIM plan early before the activation there are no early cancellation charges, but any service charges or remaining associated cost with the service (e.g. on SIM card) will need to be paid in full.
You can cancel your plan at any time by calling us, messaging us or emailing. When you cancel, your service will be disconnected immediately, and ChrisTel won't refund any money you've already paid.

Please note that international roaming Pay-As-You-Go has been barred. As such, end-users will only be able to roam in countries covered by our roaming packs. (5GG/10GB/3GB more details in the doc section)

Your plan can’t be used for:
SMS & calls to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers)
Calls to some satellite numbers
Calls and data via Satellite to Mobile connectivity

Your will be notified if any changes in your plan 60 days before the changes are implemented
